A week ago, the President tweeted about a VERY serious matter, TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome). A disease that impacts millions of Americans on a daily basis. As serious as Trump's tweets may be, I can also get a good laugh out of them, however, the one about TDS was no laughing matter.
"Some people HATE the fact that I got along well with President Putin of Russia. They would rather go to war than see this. It's called Trump Derangement Sydndrome" - Donald J. Trump
People on both ends of the political spectrum suffer from TDS. It all ties into the 'Beware of Your Bias' article and video that I did a while back.
Political parties have changed throughout the course of history. With that being said, the two biggest parties at the moment are the 'I Love Trump Party' and the 'I Hate Trump Party'. What's most bizarre is that these two parties have more in common than they could ever imagine.
They both look at things so blindly that it's hard for any of their opinions to hold much value. People are actively choosing what to acknowledge and what to ignore. Blindness is actually the #1 symptom of TDS. So if you want to avoid getting it... OPEN YOUR EYES.
Trump actually encourages TDS, by trying to make everyone choose sides, it's either Trump's side or "WRONG". No matter what the case is, even if it's become completely absurd and illogical.
For example, when looking at the National Anthem debate, which is honestly beyond silly (it was a veteran that suggested that Kap kneel), but oh well. It's a perfect case analysis of Trump Derangement Syndrome. This case is unique in the fact that Donald himself has contracted irrational TDS.
Kneeling for the anthem isn't really that big of deal, it's a silent, peaceful, and effective protest. What makes it most effective is that the President is EXTREMELY angered by it, and loves to draw attention to it.
Rather than to just allow the players to peacefully protest, Trump believes that he should make everyone choose sides. Donald wants to give us all TDS, (not STDs lol), but the real deal derangement syndrome!
The best way to avoid getting TDS, is to simply not choose a side, because to be honest, you don't have to. Just keep looking through 2 eyes.
