Our History is Black

With February being Black History Month, I wanted to look into how the Black History that has always been a part of Indiana has helped shape the world in which we live today. This story will continue to be updated with more pictures and videos throughout the month.

ROBERTS SETTLEMENT - Hamilton County, Indiana

CONNER PRAIRIE - There is currently a short play being shown at Conner Prairie that focuses on life at Roberts Settlement during the Civil War. This mother did not want her son to go fight.
